Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vapp — vappshow.live and the Vapp mobile app. By creating an account or using Vapp, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Vapp.

1. What Vapp is

Vapp lets a creator host a live or private online Show and share a link to it; viewers join, chat, and can pay to enter. Creators withdraw their earnings to a bank account (NGN) or crypto wallet (USDT), depending on their country.

2. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to use Vapp.
  • You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
  • The information you give us (email, payout details, etc.) must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • One account per person. Accounts are not transferable.

3. Shows and content

As a creator, you're solely responsible for the content of your Shows. You confirm you own or have the rights to everything you stream, display, or share, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

You may not use Vapp to host or share content that:

  • Is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activity;
  • Sexually exploits or endangers minors, in any way;
  • Contains nudity or sexually explicit content;
  • Depicts real-world graphic violence (real death, gore, or violent acts) outside a newsworthy or educational context;
  • Harasses, threatens, or incites violence against any person or group;
  • Infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights; or
  • Is used to run a scam, pyramid scheme, or deceptive payment request.

We may remove a Show, suspend, or terminate an account that violates these rules, with or without notice.

4. Payments and fees

Once you join a paid Show, that spend is final — Shows are live, time-bound experiences, not returnable goods.

For an NGN-priced Show entry, Vapp takes a platform fee (currently 15%) and the creator receives the rest. For a USDT-priced Show entry, payment settles on-chain directly to the creator's own wallet and Vapp takes no fee. Fees and the free-plan/subscription limits (viewer caps, Show duration) are shown to you before you pay and may change with notice.

Payments are processed by our licensed payment partners (Flutterwave, Squad, NOWPayments). We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by those providers, your bank, or blockchain network congestion.

5. Withdrawals

Creator earnings can be withdrawn to the bank account or crypto wallet on file. You're responsible for making sure those details are correct — Vapp isn't liable for funds sent to a wrong account or address you provided. We may hold or reverse a withdrawal we reasonably suspect is fraudulent or in error.

6. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, suspected fraud, or misuse of the platform. You can delete your own account at any time — see Delete My Account & Data. A positive wallet balance must be withdrawn before you delete your account.

7. Disclaimers

Vapp is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we're not responsible for the conduct or content of any creator or viewer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vapp isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Vapp changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use Vapp after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
